Shipping policy

All products are shipped with upmost care and speedy delivery where possible. 

Local deliveries are scheduled within 1 to 6 hours of order placement. 

All pickup "Click & Collect" services are scheduled within 1 to 3 hours after placement of order, or can be scheduled at a convenient time that suits you, by calling (02) 9721 1001. 

All orders placed prior to 12pm on the day of ordering, are guaranteed same day delivery. However you can contact us on (02) 9721 1001, if you wish to schedule a later delivery date and time. 

If you have any questions. You can contact us on (02) 9721 1001, and quote your order number, and our customer service division can schedule the rest for you.  

All shipping fee's are visible upon checkout. You may select either free pickup or arrange for a suitable delivery.

Deliveries can be scheduled for a future date if required by contacting us on (02) 9721 1001, and quoting your order number.
